So cool you are blogging now, I've been waiting! I LOVE the Oregon pics, especially the Beav ones...... When Alexa and I were in Portland 3 weeks ago, we stopped at Beaver Creek - up with the Beav! Did Boner rub his, er, um, antler on the Redwood?
Conservation by cooking! Be creative and use what you got, what is given to you, what is locally available, and what is on sale at the supermarkets. Take some risks and figure it out!
